The short version
Quantum Design Group ("we") makes games for iPhone and iPad, published under beepbeepgo.com. This policy covers all of our games. Our games do not collect personal information, do not require an account, and do not track you.
What our games store on your device
Your settings, high scores and progress are saved on your device only. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes this data.
Ads for our other games
Some of our games show ads for our other games on the main menu. To do this, the game downloads a list of current ads and their images from our server (ads.beepbeepgo.com). Every game downloads the same files, and the request contains nothing about you or your device. We do not send or collect a device identifier, advertising identifier, name, email, location or contacts, and we do not record which ads you see or tap.
Tapping an ad opens the App Store. The link includes the name of the game you tapped it in, so Apple's App Store reports can tell us how many visits each game sent. Those reports are totals only and do not identify you.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting providers (Cloudflare and GoDaddy) may automatically keep basic access logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the file requested, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify or track you.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Third parties
We do not sell or share personal information. Our games contain no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking.
